Returns

  • Some items—perishable goods, personal care products, and final sale items—are not eligible for refund except in cases of defect, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item.

  • Please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery before sending any items back to ensure your return\refund is processed smoothly.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If your return is due to a confirmed defect/damage or an incorrect item, we will refund the original shipping charge.

  • In rare cases, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.

  • For approved defect/damage claims, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent return arrangement.
