RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What we accept
We accept returns only for items that are manufacturing‑defective or damaged on delivery.

Return window
• You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to receive authorization for a damaged/defective claim.
• Please return items with all original packaging and accessories (when possible).

Return shipping cost
• For approved damaged/defective claims, we provide a prepaid return label (free return shipping) or a replacement.
• Returns for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color, buyer’s remorse) are not accepted.

How to start a claim
Email easycartglobal25@gmail.com (or call (226) 210‑9065) with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos showing the issue and the shipping label/box

  3. A brief description of the problem

Resolution
After we receive and inspect the return or verify the claim, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method. Most refunds post within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Non‑returnable
Unauthorized returns; items with user‑caused damage; items missing essential packaging/accessories.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer‑protection laws.
